Ray Peterek @ 3R Meats has been providing me and my family with QUALITY meats and deer processing for the past 10 years. His smoked sausage and jerky is some of the finest I have ever had, not to mention his delicious marinated steaks. Any time we have an event around our house or are just going to the lake for the weekend, my wife sends me down to 3R (not that she has to try very hard) to pick up whatever type of meat we will need, from fresh sliced sandwich meat, homemade wieners, sausage, cheese, steaks; all this talk about food is making me hungry.
